As an External Relations Assistant at the WFP New York Office, the selected intern will:

Assist WFP staff in preparing for and attending UN meetings (e.g., GA, ECOSOC, Security Council).
Support country-specific and regional task forces on topics like SDGs, climate change, and nutrition.
Help plan and execute WFP-hosted events.
Monitor key issues, analyze data, and produce reports.

The WFP Internship 2025 is open to talented and enthusiastic candidates worldwide. The eligibility requirements are:

Educational Requirements:
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program.
- Recent graduates who have completed at least 2 years of undergraduate studies.
Skills Required:
- Strong MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent English communication and writing skills.
- Preferred: Skills in data visualization, design, and analysis.
International Experience (Optional):
- Applicants with previous international experience are preferred.
Family Restrictions:
- Candidates who are sons, daughters, brothers, or sisters of WFP staff members are not eligible.
Language Requirement:
- IELTS or TOEFL is not required.
