Role and Responsibilities
Interns will work on meaningful projects and contribute to their assigned business units. Key responsibilities include:
- Completing assigned projects by supervisors.
- Collaborating with colleagues to address business-critical challenges.
- Conducting research and analyzing data.
- Executing ad-hoc tasks as required.
Business Units
Interns will work in one of the following areas based on their preferences:
- Compliance: Identify and mitigate compliance risks to support the firm’s risk management program.
- Finance: Oversee financial records in compliance with global regulations.
- Firm Management: Provide strategic advice and analyze industry dynamics to support senior decision-makers.
- Institutional Equity Sales and Trading: Offer sales, trading, and market-making services in global financial markets.
- Operations: Handle client onboarding, clearing, and settlement activities, ensuring efficient processes. (6-month program)
- Research: Deliver in-depth analysis of industries, markets, and economies.
- Technology: Develop cutting-edge tools, systems, and infrastructure for global markets.

Eligibility Criteria
To apply, candidates must meet the following requirements:
- Pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree with a graduation date between October 2025 and July 2026.
- Demonstrated academic excellence.
- Keen interest in the chosen business area and an understanding of Asian financial markets.
- Strong analytical, teamwork, and multitasking skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and eager to learn new tools.
- Past work or internship experience is preferred.
- Fluency in English is required.
