Eligibility Criteria

Applicants must meet these criteria:

  1. Nationality: Be a citizen of a developing country that is a member of the World Bank.
  2. Citizenship Restrictions: Cannot hold dual citizenship with a developed country.
  3. Health: Be in good health.
  4. Education: Hold a bachelor’s degree obtained at least three years before the application deadline.
  5. Professional Experience: Have at least three years of full-time, paid work in a development-related field within the past six years.
  6. Admission: Secure unconditional admission to one of the participating programs by the application deadline.
